The room was bright and incredible when upgraded with the bath as well as a shower.

Didn't really have very long in the hotel as I booked in after seeing the lights, so it was just bed, very comfy, then bathroom excellent, breakfast, choices excellent. Can only speak for the room I was...  

The hotel put on a coach trip to see the Blackpool Lights it was the best one we have been on, there was a talk with bacground informatinon which was very good as we went through the lights.The entertainment was also very good,each...  

The room was clean and comfortable, although very dated and small, whereas the public areas were bright and modern. It was perfectly located for us. Car parking was very difficult, with only a limited number of spaces...  

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, especially Chloe during check-in. The rooms, though a bit small, were clean and comfortable. Each meal was plentiful and tasty, and the entertainment kept me engaged both...  

The buffet breakfast

The safe was closed when we arrived and couldn't be opened asked for it to be opened to be told it would have to be opened the next day! the next day came and no-one opened it that was our two night break without anywhere safe to put our valuables. Also asked the second day our tea and coffee was not replenished even though I asked for it to be done. Fine to take a call from me but no action taken by the other staff... does anyone ever follow up requests have been actioned? I think not.

Consider checking with the staff about any upgraded room options that might enhance your family's stay, especially for more space.

The breakfast was good and the entertainment, especially the comedian Mike Lancaster on saturday brilliant

The lifts are very old fashioned, if the metal gates are not closed properly they do not work, when I arrived with my case the lift was not working, I asked at reception who spoke to a porter, he just tutted and walked ahead of me without a word to go up a floor to close gates so lift would work, not what I call customer focussed or a good welcome.

The entertainment was great, and my kids loved the free bus to the illuminations. We felt super special with a birthday surprise for my son, balloons and all!

Nice sea view from the room, tastefully decorated and surprisingly comfortable. Solid entertainment options, easy to enjoy a full evening without stepping outside, especially if the weather turns sour....
